AdBrite Will Sell Its One Hundred Thousandth Ad - Predicts They Will Surpass One Million in 2006

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, - AdBrite, the Internet’s Ad Marketplace, announced that they are poised to sell their 100,000th ad. Currently servicing more than 5,000 independent web publishers, AdBrite continues to successfully win a sizable share of the estimated $10 billion dollar online ad market.

With the burgeoning online ad market advancing upward at a steady pace, AdBrite Vice President of Sales, Jim Benton, predicts a 1,000% increase in sales for 2006 with an estimated 1,000,000 online advertisements to be placed on AdBrite’s network.

“AdBrite’s ad marketplace continues to generate high quality traffic for our advertisers, and wealth for our publishers,” said Philip J. Kaplan, founder and CEO of AdBrite. “We’re heading fast toward our goal of being the Ebay of advertising.”

To celebrate this milestone, Kaplan announced that AdBrite will pay for the 100,000th ad. The winning advertiser will also be rewarded with one of the following five great prizes: dinner with Kaplan at McDonald’s, a year’s worth of Kleenex, a special Kaplan-created compilation mix tape, the opportunity to be Kaplan’s date to the movie of his choice, or a toaster.
